SHIPPING AND RETURN
1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except Japan)
2. Orders processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification.
3. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
4. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us.
We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.
5. In case of damage or loss in transit, please take photos or videos of the package and contact us immediately for further guidance.
6. Please be advised we charge a 10% restock fee on all items that are returned for no fault of our own. Return without prior notice or without tracking number provided in time will be not accepted. Buyer pays return shipping fee and all returns must be in the originally shipped condition without exceptions.
Items that are found to be tampered with will not be eligible for a refund. Even a refund is issued, original shipping fee is not reimbursed.
